Subacute thyroiditis. Are ill more often than the woman in the age of 30-50 years. Develops after virus infections. Signs: a pain in the field of a neck, irradiating in occipital area, a mandible, ears, temporal area. A headache, delicacy, an adynamia. A fervescence.
Autoimmune chronic thyroiditis - disease in which basis the autoimmune lesion of a thyroid gland lays, antibodies to various components of a thyroid gland - to a thyreoglobulin, receptors to a thyrotropin - with formation of a complex an antigen - an antibody, development of destructive changes and lymphoid infiltration of a thyroid gland are formed. Signs: diffusive, sometimes non-uniform augmentation of a thyroid gland. At greater sizes of a gland there are signs of a prelum of organs of a neck. In process of development of disease destructive changes lead to disturbance of function of a gland - in the beginning to the phenomena of a hyperthyroidism owing to entering in a blood of a plenty before the synthesized hormones, in the further (or passing a hyperthyroid phase) - to a hypothyrosis.
