Trichophytosis (shearing deprive) - fungic disease of a skin, hair and fingernails. Distinguish a superficial purulent trichophytosis. The superficial trichophytosis meets seldom, usually at children. A source - the sick person. On a pilar part of a head there are separately located numerous, size up to 1,5 centimeters the centers having wrong outlines and erased borders; the skin is slightly hydropic, covered by flakes. Many hair in the centers are broken off at a level of 2-3 millimeters above a surface of a skin ("hemp") or at once after an output from a follicle (« black points »);, the kept hair have a normal appearance or a kind of the thin strings "running" under flakes. On a smooth skin - hydropic, sharply outlined spherical maculae with the sunk down, pale yellow, shelled center and the towering juicy peripheric platen of rose-red color covered by blisters, nodules and crusts. Maculae are inclined to centrifugal body height and merge with each other. The small itch is sometimes marked. The chronic trichophytosis meets usually at women and is characterized numerous by " black points », the centers of a diffusive ecdysis on a pilar part of a head; extensive erythematic squamous maculae with not sharp borders on a smooth skin; a natural lesion of thin hair; by changes of fingernails (more often on arms) which become the is dirty-grey color, deformed and sometimes even are torn away from a box.
