If on a background of attributes of a cirrhosis of a liver sharp deterioration of the general condition, fast loss of mass of a body, a pain in right hypochondrium, increase of laboratory attributes of disturbance of function of a liver, occurrence of an ascites the cancer of a liver is supposed is marked. At advance of illness the intraabdominal bleeding, an icterus, an ascites, other signs can develop.
