Meets at women in the age of from 60 till 70 years and is more senior. Development of a cancer of this localization is preceded often with precancerous diseases. The cancer of external genitals is shown by a dense nodule or a ulceration easily bleeding. The tumour settles down in the field of greater or small sexual labiums, a clitoris, in the further the vagina, a urethra and a perineum are involved in process. Metastasises in regional inguinal, femoral and ileal lymph nodes arise quickly, there can be metastasises in easy and other organs.
Among clinical signs - an itch, a burning sensation, a serous discharge with an impurity of a blood, a pain.
