Cancer of cholic ways (cholic bubble, extrahepatic cholic ducts) and the big papilla of a duodenum
The cancer of a cholic bubble arises usually in the age of 50 years, more often at women are more senior. On a morphological structure represents an adenocarcinoma of a various differentiation, it is rare (no more than 15 %)-a plainly-cellular cancer. The tumour gradually amazes all bubble, extends on a liver, a vesical and general cholic duct, a stomach, a duodenum, a colon.
The cancer of the big duodenal papilla is presented by a primary tumour (40 %) or other tumours sprouting in this zone (cholic ducts, a duodenum, a pancreas). To distinguish these tumours difficultly, considering similarity of a histological structure. Clinical signs of a cancer of the big duodenal papilla arise early when the sizes of a tumour are still insignificant. The fast ulceration of a tumour is observed. Among the clinical signs distinguishing this disease, - a transient mechanical icterus, a loss of blood with a feces, an anemia. Other signs are characteristic for a mechanical icterus (a cholangitis, etc.).
