Vulvovaginitis - an inflammation of a vagina and external genitals. It is observed mainly at children's age. Originators: pyogenic and intestinal flora, helminths, etc. Contributing factors: an exudative diathesis; changes in an organism, caused by a chronic intoxication; non-observance of rules of hygiene; mechanical factors (introduction of alien bodies in a vagina).
Signs and current. An itch and plentiful bleach; the vulva is hydropic and filled by a blood, the mucosa of a vagina also is filled by a blood with punctual hemorrhages. Bleach plentiful, purulent, sometimes with an impurity of a blood (at introduction in a vagina of alien bodies).
