WOUNDS OF AN EYEGLOBE
Wounds of an eyeglobe - are accompanied by disturbance of its integrity. Signs are diverse and are defined by force of impact, a place and the area of its appendix, the form and size of a subject. The general signs - a pain in an eye, a dacryagogue, a photophobia, a nictitating spasm. At small force of impact the wound does not get through all wall of an eyeglobe (not perforated wound). Damage of a conjunctiva is accompanied by a hemorrhage around of a wound. At disturbance of an integrity of a cornea there is an admixed injection of an eyeglobe, and on a site of damage a cornea matte. The iris of the eye is sometimes involved in process. On a surface of a conjunctiva and a cornea or in their tissue there can be an alien body. At perforated wounds of an eye wounds of various size, the form and localization are formed. At deep damages internal environments which are restrained in a wound drop out. There can be hemorrhages in the forward chamber, a vitreous, a phacoscotasmus. At damage of its capsule muddy masses of a lens leave in the forward chamber. An eye soft, vision is sharply lowered. Probably full destruction of an eyeglobe. Getting wound can become complicated a purulent infection, an entophthalmia, a traumatic iridocyclitis, disease of the second eye. At getting wounds of eyes the X-ray inspection for definition or exceptions of an alien body in an eye is necessary.
